You’ll find a state-of-the-art orthodontic office complete with bright colors, modern design, and all the comforts of home. Our friendly team and doctors work at both offices, delivering you top-notch orthodontic care five days a week.

Dr. Kyle Fagala and Dr. John Boling are board-certified orthodontists specializing in orthodontics (Collierville braces and Invisalign) for patients living in Collierville, Tennessee. Saddle Creek Orthodontics has two offices in Collierville and Germantown, TN.
Dr. Kyle Fagala graduated summa cum laude from Harding University with a perfect 4.0 GPA and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then completed dental school at the University of Tennessee before being accepted as one of four residents into the University of Tennessee Department of Orthodontics.
This prestigious three-year program in Memphis, TN. is known for its intensive, full-time clinical training and for being the oldest orthodontic school in the South. Dr. Fagala graduated in May of 2013 with a certificate in orthodontics,as well as a Master's degree in Dental Science for his thesis on three-dimensional imaging of the airway.
Dr. Fagala is a board-certified orthodontist, a designation that is held by only 30% of orthodontists. He's also the course director and lecturer of Development of the Occlusion, a class for 1st-year dental students at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Dr. John Boling is an esteemed orthodontist renowned for his commitment to creating lasting, confidence-inspiring smiles. Raised in Jonesboro, AR, his dedication to academia and service was shaped by his father, an attorney and circuit judge, and his mother, a high school teacher and librarian. Excelling with a 4.0 GPA in both high school and college, Dr. Boling balanced his academic pursuits with a love for sports, participating in soccer, football, baseball, and Quiz Bowl competitions.

Collierville Braces
Traditional braces are one of the most efficient orthodontic tools we have. The metal or ceramic brackets are attached to the teeth, then connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics. Through regular adjustments with our doctors, these components work together to apply gentle pressure, in order to gradually move the teeth into the desired positions.
Collierville braces are an excellent choice for correcting a number of tooth issues, from simple to complex. Traditional braces can reduce overall treatment time because they sometimes work faster at closing gaps and aligning teeth when compared to other options.

Collierville Invisalign

Invisalign aligners are made of a comfortable plastic material and designed to fit snugly over the patient’s teeth. The trays are virtually invisible. To keep the teeth moving in the right direction, you’ll usually switched them out every 1-2 weeks for the next set of aligners in the series.
You must wear them 20-22 hours per day throughout your treatment in order for the aligners to do their job. Patients who neglect to wear the aligners as directed can have a negative impact on the results and also add time to the orthodontic process.
